Strict Non-Commercialization Guarantee: WisdomWood High and Google Workspace for Education enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding commercial advertising, behavioral profiling, data mining, and the sale of student information to third-party entities or marketers.
Data Retention & Deletion: Student files and account data are securely maintained throughout active enrollment. Upon graduation or transfer from WisdomWood High, accounts and associated cloud repositories are archived and systematically decommissioned according to school data retention guidelines.
Parental Access & Rights: Parents and legal guardians retain full rights to inspect their child's educational records, review account settings, or request clarifications regarding data usage by contacting the school's digital administration office.
Terms of Service
Authorized Educational Scope: School-provided Google accounts and 1:1 Chromebook devices are designated exclusively for academic research, homework execution, classroom collaboration, and school-sponsored extracurricular projects.
Digital Citizenship & Behavioral Standards: Students are expected to demonstrate integrity, empathy, and respect across all digital interactions. Prohibited activities include cyberbullying, plagiarism, unauthorized file sharing, attempting to circumvent web filters, or using artificial intelligence tools outside of sanctioned pedagogical guidelines.
Account Credentials & Device Responsibility: Students are personally accountable for maintaining the security of their login credentials and the physical welfare of their assigned hardware. Any lost equipment, hardware malfunctions, or suspected account compromises must be reported to the IT support desk immediately.
Consequences of Misuse: Failure to adhere to these terms may result in temporary suspension of digital privileges, parent-teacher conferences, or standard disciplinary measures in alignment with WisdomWood High's code of conduct.
