Our Leadership Philosophy
"Leadership in education is not about authority; it is about stewardship."
For generations, schools have operated as rigid, static institutions. At WisdomWood High, we view leadership through a fundamentally different lens. We believe an educational board exists to safeguard purpose, nurture culture, and create the environment where real learning can thrive.
Our governance brings together veteran visionaries, curriculum architects, and progressive thinkers. Together, we ensure that WisdomWood remains rooted in deep human values while fearlessly evolving alongside a rapidly changing world.
Visionary Leadership
Founder & Chairman | DRB Educational Trust
“Our commitment goes beyond traditional academic frameworks. We are building a modern, student-centric sanctuary where curiosity is protected, innovation is embraced, and strong values guide every step.”
Mr. P. Devaraja guides WisdomWood High with a focus on future-ready learning, sustainability and community trust. Under his stewardship, the school continues to invest in meaningful learning spaces and holistic development.
As Founder and Chairman, he provides the long-term vision and institutional stability required for the school to grow responsibly. His approach brings together careful planning, strong governance and a belief that educational development must remain grounded in the needs of children, families and the wider community.
The Office of Management
Steering Progressive Pedagogy & Institutional Evolution
“A school should not be a static place of instruction, but a living laboratory; a space where children are given the tools, the courage, and the freedom to discover who they can become.”
Behind the governance of WisdomWood High is a collective management team dedicated to modernising the educational experience. Driven by a commitment to 21st-century learning, the Office of Management leads our core progressive initiatives:
Inquiry-Driven Pedagogy: Shifting from passive rote memorisation to active, project-based exploration.
Ecosystem & Stewardship: Developing sustainable, real-world learning systems including the Living Library and the emerging Closed-Loop Greenhouse and progressively connecting them with the curriculum.
Psychological Safety & Voice: Cultivating an environment where student well-being comes first, empowering every child to ask big questions without fear.
Academic Leadership & Pedagogy

“Education hits deepest when academic rigor meets emotional well-being. We give children the tools, the space, and the courage to ask profound questions and shape their own learning journeys.”
With over 21 years of educational leadership experience across CBSE, IB and IGCSE settings, Ms. Bhutia guides the academic culture of WisdomWood High. She holds advanced degrees in History and Education and is currently pursuing doctoral research.
